Meet Jasmine

Jasmine is a young, affectionate cat who was found outside a convenience store in North Carolina, approaching car after car in search of food, attention, and safety.

A longtime friend of Northport Cat Rescue Association noticed her, fed her, and returned a few days later to find Jasmine still there. Unable to leave her behind, she brought Jasmine to safety and ultimately drove her 12 hours from North Carolina to Northport so she could have the chance to find a loving home.

We don’t know exactly what Jasmine experienced before she was found. She is cautious around other cats, so we believe she would be happiest as the only cat in her home.

Jasmine is gentle, vocal, and very affectionate. She enjoys lying beside you while you watch TV, sleeping with you, cuddling, making biscuits, and, of course, enjoying her favorite treats.

She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, litter box trained, and negative for FeLV/FIV.

Jasmine has already traveled a long way to get here. Now she just needs the person who will make her final destination home.
