Meet Barnaby & Chester

Barnaby and Chester’s story began in an unlikely place—a junked car at a recycling facility.

We received a call after kittens were spotted living among the vehicles. We went out to help and were able to safely catch two of them: a tiny black kitten and his black-and-white brother, who we named Barnaby and Chester.

Once safely in our care, the brothers received the medical attention they needed and went into foster care, where they were surrounded with love and given the chance to grow into the happy, confident kittens they are today.

And these two really are as sweet as can be. Barnaby and Chester are playful, affectionate and incredibly social. They love each other, happily welcome attention from the people who visit them, and enjoy the company of the other kittens who come and go from their habitat.

Through everything, Barnaby and Chester have had each other. Now they’re ready for the best part of their story—a home of their own where they can grow up together.

Barnaby and Chester are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. They are currently at Petco Huntington, where you can visit and meet them.
